Here are some great produce items that help keep weight down.
Apples, berries, pears, lafy greens and cruciferous vegetables, such as cauliflower and brussels sprouts– these are high in fiber and have a lower glycemic index than other produce. Avoid starchy vegetables such as potatoes and corn. And of course only try to consume organic, pesticide free produce.
