Sea Salt

Daryl’s FIT TIP of The Day: 
A better alternative to ionized salt is sea salt. Ionized salt is garbage and wrecks havoc on the cardiovascular system of the body, especially the heart. Sea salt contains active essential minerals that the body can actually use to improve the health of the systems. In fact, it has been shown that consuming a teaspoon of sea salt per day can help maintain weight and assist in the burning of fat.
