Be Thankful

Daryl’s FIT TIP of The Day: 
Thoughts are powerful energy streams that direct your entire physiological make up. How you think directly affects how you behave. Being thankful reinforces humbleness. Being HUMBLE and KIND creates positopic energy flow in the body.
When you wake up in the morning, take a moment and be thankful for the day. Before you eat a meal, take a moment and be thankful for the food. Before you go to bed, reflect and be thankful for the people and experiences you have. Living a life of thankfulness creates HAPPINESS, PEACE, HUMBLENESS, KINDNESS, RESPECT, and promotes GENERAL HEALTH.
I am thankful that I have so many GREAT PEOPLE in my life who make me laugh everyday
