PROPER DIGESTION is the key to maintaining good health. When the digestive system is compromised all the other systems of the body are compromised changing the positive physiological processes. Not knowing how to restore proper digestive Ph balance will result body composition distortion. It is believed that exercise will restore the imbalances of the body, this is not true. Good health is established via the colon. You can exercise all you want but with a compromised digestive system all your exercise efforts for changing body composition will be small. If you are the type of person who is carrying extra unwanted body fat, especially in the abdominal area, and exercise excessively to no avail, then chances are your digestive system is compromised and you are not absorbing adequate amounts of nutrients necessary for proper synthesis of protein and fat metabolism.
The major problem is that most people do not want to take the time out of their busy life to focus on restoring their compromised digestive system. Remember it’s not HOW much food you consume it’s HOW many nutrients you absorb that counts.
