The brain is a powerful network of neurons that controls every aspect of the human body. How you think directly influences every cell in the body. How you look is directly related to how you think. If your subconscious mind is filled with fears, doubts, anxieties, anger, lonliness, or hatred, these repressed emotions will transfer into the cellular level causing the systems of the body to be compromised. Illness is manifestated through a negative energy shift in the body.
One way to reprogram the negative subconscious thought patterns is to re-think things before going to bed. Before going to the the brain absorbs the last ideas that are entertained in waking consciousness. If you go to bed with thoughts of anxiety, fear, hate, negativity, then your body will absorbs this energy compromising your sleep patterns. The body will not go through a healthy systematic cycle of cellular regeneration. Therefore, the body will not get re-charged resulting in a weakened immune system. A weakened immune system won’t be able to defend against free radical invaders. The free radical invaders can then take over making the body sick. Another negative side effect to not getting appropriate sleep is the body’s composition will change. Excessive fat and protein sparing is a result of poor sleep patterns. Since the immune system is compromised, the ability of metabolizing fat and sugar is reduced causing excessive fat storage.
The body is directly linked to our thought patterns. If the body responds to our thoughts, then by changing how we think can change the way we look. Rather than constantly worrying about how bad you look, you should think about how great you look and envision yourself in the body that you desire. Before going to bed if you empty all negative thoughts and replace them with positive healthy thoughts, you will sleep better. Your body will resythesize the cellular machinery, recharging the batteries. Your outlook when you wake up will be better and your energy will be increased. The more energy will promote greater fat burning.
By just changing the way you think can dramatically improve your physical and emotional well-being. Think positive thoughts all day long and your body will reap the benefits.
