Try to avoid eating white processed flour. White processed flour is similar to white sugar. It comes from grain that has been chemically treated in the growing process,, stripped of all its natural fiber and nutrients, and chemicals bleached to make it a pretty white. White flour mixed with water makes papier-mâché. It turns hard as a rock. That’s what happens when you eat it. It is an unnatural product that the body does not know how to digest. It has little nutritional value, spikes your insulin, and causes constipation. It is better to consume organic fiber enriched vegetables. Whole grains that have not been tampered with by GMO’s is also a better alternative.
