Another Great Example of The Benefits of Weight Training Over 50 years old

 This is Judy. She started weight training when she was 45 years old. She is now 54 and looks FANTASTIC. She believes in natural weight training and is proof that weight training is the best form of exercise for building muscle and burning fat. NOTICE LADIES: She isn’t using dinky little 3-5 lb. weights, she using the correct amount for proper stimulation of the muscles. She is a great inspiration to all women. 

This is just another example of how awesome weight training is for the body. She is reducing the aging affect.  Great job!
