The amount of fat you can metabolize from intramuscular, visceral, and subcutaneous areas is based on the amount of toxins accumulated over the years. If you have a lot of toxins built up in fat cells it will be very difficult to lose this type of fat. The last thing the body wants to do is return those toxins into the bloodstream, so those toxins will rarely get released which means that those fat cells will close up and will never be released– no matter how much exercise or how great your nutrition is.
Toxins get accumulated over the years and can get stored in the fat cells. If a person was polluting their system when they were younger then chances are they have a high concentration of toxins in their fat cells. So even if they change their lifestyle and start eating healthier and exercising properly they might never release the toxic build up. They can however, reduce and stop the further production of toxin storage with the new lifestyle change.
