I feel that the following are worthless concepts. Not only are they bogus, they are confusing for most people to understand. Yet, everyday we have to hear about them.
1. Calorie thinking.
2. Weight loss.
3. The no fat diet.
4. Performing only aerobic exercise (running, cycling, etc) to lose body fat.
